Abstract
► We examined the anti-inflammatory effects of naringin on LPS-induced acute lung injury in a murine model. ► Naringin reduced pulmonary edema, PMN infiltration and morphologic damages. ► Naringin reduced MPO and iNOS levels of lungs, production of TNF-α in BALF. ► The protective effect of naringin in ALI may be related to its suppression of NF-κB activation.
