Abstract
⺠Th17 cells, IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-6, IL-23, and TGF-β had no differences in peripheral blood in glioma. ⺠High mRNA positive ratios of IL-17 and RORC and IL-17 protein expressed in glioma tissues. ⺠TGF-β was higher in trauma and grade II than grade II glioma tissues. ⺠IL-6 and IFN-γ expression had no differences in glioma tissues. ⺠None of glioma and trauma tissues was IL-23 positive and almost all samples were IL-1β positive.
