Abstract
âºLow-molecular weight chitosan oligosaccharides (LM-COS, < 1 kDa) were used. âºLM-COS have anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo. âºLM-COS inhibited both degranulation and cytokine generation in RBL-2H3 cells. âºLM-COS inhibited lung inflammation in allergic asthma model mice.
