Abstract
⺠We induced human monocytes by rhIL-1β to imitate inflammation in vitro. ⺠We found that paeoniflorin inhibited the monocyte phagocytosis. ⺠We found that paeoniflorin inhibited TNF-α and PGE2 production of monocytes. ⺠We found that paeoniflorin decreased the HLA-DR, CD80 expression of monocytes.
