Abstract
⺠Sauchinone suppressed LPS-induced inflammatory responses in BV2 cells. ⺠Sauchinone inhibited the NF-kB activation induced by LPS treatment in BV2 cells. ⺠Sauchinone did block the Akt phosphorylation but not MAPK activation in BV2 cells treated with LPS. ⺠The inhibitory effect of sauchinone on LPS-induced inflammatory responses is mediated through Akt and NF-kB signaling pathway.
