Abstract
âºWe compared immunomodulation of CP-MSCs with that of BM-MSCs and AD-MSCs. âºMSC exhibited immunomodulation in co-culture system with activated T-cells. âºExpressions of HLA-ABC and HLA-G in CP-MSCs were more increased than other MSCs. âºHigher levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-13, and GM-CSF were detected in CP-MSCs. âºCP-MSCs are suggested to be a useful stem cell source in cell therapy.
