Abstract
⺠3â²-Chloro-5,7-dimethoxyisoflavone (CDMF) is a synthetic isoflavone derivative. ⺠CDMF inhibits TNFα-induced transcriptional activation of the CXCL10 gene promoter. ⺠CDMF inhibited TNFα-induced IκB phosphorylation. ⺠CDMF suppresses TNFα-induced CXCL10 production through inhibition of NF-κB in HCT116 cells.
