Abstract
⺠As one of main bioactive substances dissociated from chicken bile, TCDCA confered good anti-adjuvant arthritis activity. ⺠TCDCA suppressed synoviocytes proliferation from adjuvant arthritis rat in a concentration ranging from 0 µg/mL to 1000 µg/mL. ⺠TCDCA showed inhibition of the protein and mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6, and augment of IL-10.
