Abstract
⺠We explored survivin expression as a prognostic factor in GIST. ⺠Survivin can be a predictive marker in GISTs for anticancer therapy. ⺠Survivin can be a predictive marker in GISTs developing metastasis. ⺠Survivin was highly expressed in GISTs. ⺠We didn't find correlation between survivin expression and both DFS and OS.
