Abstract
These observations challenge the view that G-CSF deviates cytokine production towards a Th2 profile in vivo, and suggest that this neutrophil-selective hemopoietin affects eosinophilic inflammation by a combination of effects on lung cytokine production and bone-marrow hemopoiesis.
