Abstract
⺠We simulated dopaminergic dynamics in psychosis and mania. ⺠We analyzed the clinical symptoms and the validity of antipsychotic use. ⺠Antipsychotics with small Koff value had advantages in the psychosis model. ⺠Antipsychotics with large Koff value had advantages in the mania model.
