Abstract
⺠The maternal daidzein exposure increased male anxiety and aggression. ⺠The males maternally exposed to daidzein showed more obvious preferences for females. ⺠The maternal daidzein exposure tended to improve male spatial learning and memory. ⺠The maternal daidzein exposure altered levels of male central ERα expression.
