Abstract
⺠PTSD is characterized by reduced lymphocyte GR hormone-binding potential. ⺠Compensation between GR number and hormone-binding affinity is disturbed in PTSD. ⺠Resilience to PTSD is associated with increased fractional occupancy of the GR.
