Abstract
⺠Complexity estimators have been broadly utilized in schizophrenia research. ⺠Reports are contradictory, showing increased or decreased complexity in patients. ⺠A “natural” tendency to increased complexity in schizophrenia is hypothesized. ⺠Age, medication, and symptomatology act as modulating factors of such tendency.
