âº Sildenafil influences convulsive susceptibility. âº Effect of sildenafil on the anticonvulsant potential of gabapentin and vigabatrin was studied. âº Sildenafil enhanced the anticonvulsant activity of gabapentin and vigabatrin. âº Interactions of sildenafil with the studied anticonvulsants were pharmacodynamic.
