Abstract
⺠PGD suppressed prolactin hyperactivity in MMQ cells, but not in GH3 cells. ⺠PGD enhanced D2 receptor and dopamine transporter expression in PC12 cells. ⺠Chronic PGD reduced elevated serum PRL in a rat model of hyperPRL.
