Abstract
⺠Much work remains in identifying a pharmacotherapy for METH dependence. ⺠Compounds that increase ACh may attenuate subjective effects produced by METH. ⺠The effects of rivastigmine were evaluated after METH administration in the lab. ⺠Rivastigmine significantly attenuated “Likely to Use METH”. ⺠Cholinesterase inhibitors warrant consideration as treatments for METH dependence.
