Abstract
⺠Psychotropics are widely used in treating Parkinson's disease (PD). ⺠Initial evidence indicates these psychotropics can affect PD risk-gene transcription. ⺠Further study of PD risk-gene transcription in PD clinical models is warranted. ⺠Studies should focus on psychotropic-related modification of PD risk and progression.
