Abstract
⺠The rs7799039 SNP in LEP showed moderate association with antipsychotic-induced weight gain (AIWG). ⺠The haplotype of LEP rs7799039G-rs10954173G-rs3828942G was also associated with AIWG. ⺠In line with most previous studies, no observation of the LEPR SNP rs1137101 with AIWG was observed. ⺠For the other investigated SNPs, no impact on AIWG could be detected.
