Abstract

âº l-methionine HHcy-HL has induced endothelial dysfunction (Edf) and dementia. âº HHcy-HL increased serum Hcy, oxidative stress, AChE activity and decrease NO. âº NFÎºB inhibitor and folacin attenuated HHcy-HL induced Edf and dementia. âº NFÎºB inhibitor and folacin attenuated HHcy-HL induced biochemical impairments. âº NFÎºB inhibitor and folacin have shown pharmacological potential in vascular dementia.
