Abstract
⺠l-methionine HHcy-HL has induced endothelial dysfunction (Edf) and dementia. ⺠HHcy-HL increased serum Hcy, oxidative stress, AChE activity and decrease NO. ⺠NFκB inhibitor and folacin attenuated HHcy-HL induced Edf and dementia. ⺠NFκB inhibitor and folacin attenuated HHcy-HL induced biochemical impairments. ⺠NFκB inhibitor and folacin have shown pharmacological potential in vascular dementia.
