Abstract
												⺠RS 67333, a putative antidepressant, increased the hypothalamic GR. ⺠The chronic defeat stress increased hypothalamic GR in mice with passive coping. ⺠The drug had no effect in other physiological variables. ⺠The drug showed a potential antidepressant effect in FST, decreasing immobility.
