Abstract
⺠Vesicular glutamate 2 haploinsufficient (Vglut2+/â) mice were behaviorally evaluated. ⺠Increased sensitivity to amphetamine and MK-801 was observed. ⺠Vglut2 might play a role in pathophysiology of schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders.
