Abstract
⺠In this study we compare two switching strategies for MDD patients not responding to initial SSRI treatment. ⺠Venlafaxine or a second SSRI are compared. ⺠The study is a naturalistic setting analysis. ⺠We find that venlafaxine may be advantageous in older patients with physical co-morbidity.
