Abstract
►Lobeline significantly reduced ethanol drinking-in-the-dark post 2-h and 4-h treatment. ►Lobeline significantly reduced continuous two-bottle choice ethanol drinking for 12 h. ►Cytisine significantly reduced ethanol drinking-in-the-dark post 2-h and 4-h treatment. ►Cytisine significantly reduced continuous two-bottle choice ethanol drinking for 4 h. ►Lobeline or cytisine did not affect water or 10% sucrose intake in all ethanol drinking procedures.
