Abstract
⺠Short-term exposure of 2-cells to fluoxetine enhances mouse blastocyst formation. ⺠The enhancive effect of fluoxetine is resulted from CaMKII activation. ⺠Long-term exposure of 2-cells to fluoxetine decreases mouse blastocyst formation. ⺠The inhibitory effect of fluoxetine is mediated through TREK channel gating.
