Abstract
⺠MEHP increased reactive oxygen species, oxidative DNA damage, and caspase activity. ⺠MEHP induced expression of PTGS2, a gene important in pregnancy and parturition ⺠MEHP treatment resulted in differential expression of GLRX2, TXNRD1, and DHCR24.
