Abstract
⺠NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase expression in Cyp1a knockout and humanized CYP1A mice ⺠Reductive activation of the nephrotoxic and carcinogenic aristolochic acid I (AAI) ⺠NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase is induced in mice treated with AAI. ⺠Induced hepatic enzyme activity resulted in elevated AAI-DNA adduct levels.
