Abstract
⺠OH-PBDEs induce developmental arrest in a concentration-dependent manner. ⺠Hydroxyl group location influences biological interaction. ⺠OH-PBDEs induce oxidative stress. ⺠Thyroid hormone gene regulation was disrupted following exposure. ⺠To our knowledge, this is the first whole organism study of OH-PBDE toxicity.
