Abstract
⺠Chronic exposure to cadmium induces carcinogenic properties in BEAS-2B cells. ⺠ROS involved in cadmium-induced tumorigenicity of BEAS-2B cells. ⺠Cadmium activates ROS-dependent AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin-mediated signaling. ⺠ROS-dependent signaling as potential therapeutic targets in cadmium carcinogenesis.
