Abstract
⺠mtDNA SNPs may be linked to individual predisposition to drug-induced toxicity. ⺠CZECHII/EiJ and PERA/EiJ mtDNA was sequenced for the first time in this study. ⺠Strain-dependent mitochondrial capacity differences were measured. ⺠Strain-dependent differences in response to mitochondrial toxicants were observed.
