Abstract
⺠Ovarian GSTP is activated in response to DMBA exposure. ⺠AhR and Nrf2 transcription factors are up-regulated by DMBA. ⺠PI3K signaling regulates Ahr, Nrf2 and Gstp expression. ⺠GSTP negatively regulates ovarian JNK in response to DMBA exposure.
