Abstract
⺠Subjects with p53 Pro/Pro or MDM2 GG genotype significantly increased RCC risk. ⺠A significant multiplicative joint effect of p53 and p21 on RCC risk. ⺠RCC patients with p53 Arg/Arg genotype had efficient arsenic methylation capacity. ⺠Joint effect of p53 or MDM2 genotype and high urinary total arsenic on RCC risk.
