Abstract
⺠A PBPK model was developed for oral Cr in rodents that includes the GI tract. ⺠Target tissue Cr data were collected in rodents exposed to Cr(VI) for 90 days. ⺠The model describes Cr toxicokinetics in GI lumen, GI and systemic tissues. ⺠Species differences and sources of saturable toxicokinetics are identified.
