Abstract
⺠Acylation stage of acetylcholine hydrolysis by acetylcholinesterase is modeled. ⺠Energy relief is computed by electronically embedding QM/MM method. ⺠Analysis of possible discrepancies in different QM/MM results is performed. ⺠Stability of the first tetrahedral intermediate is confirmed.
