Abstract
⺠Rottlerin induces apoptosis and NAG-1 expression in cancer cells. ⺠CHOP is not involved in rottlerin-induced NAG-1 up-regulation. ⺠The effect of rottlerin on NAG-1 expression is independent on PKC δ activity. ⺠Suppression of NAG-1 expression attenuates rottlerin-induced apoptosis.
