Abstract
⺠Turkey meat consumption and production industries are increasing nowadays. ⺠Heavy metals are present in the environment where the food is grown and stored. ⺠The GSTs play an important role for the detoxification processes in liver. ⺠The inhibitory effects of some metals were investigated on turkey liver GST enzyme.
