Abstract
⺠Water-soluble coenzyme Q10 reduces cisplatin-induced DNA damage. ⺠Water-soluble coenzyme Q10 stimulated cisplatin-inhibited neurite outgrowth. ⺠mRNA expression levels of Tp53 were not changed by water-soluble coenzyme Q10. ⺠Water-soluble coenzyme Q10 shows neuroprotective activity in PC12 cells.
