Abstract
⺠We model sensitized rats with methamphetamine. ⺠We investigate the metabolic changes in three brain regions by NMR based metabonomic. ⺠Methamphetamine treatment can cause obvious neurotransmitters disturbance. ⺠Methamphetamine can also cause oxidative stress and gliosis in brain.
