Abstract
► Behavioral deficits precede neuronal structural damage after exposure to Mancozeb. ► The dopamine-mediated swim to crawl locomotory behavior is most vulnerable to Mancozeb. ► Higher concentrations of Mancozeb recruit damage two serotonin-mediated behaviors. ► Neuronal structural damage following Mancozeb exposure is selective for dopamine neurons.
