Abstract
⺠Dieldrin is a neuroactive pesticide associated with Parkinson's disease. ⺠Gene networks affected by dieldrin in the hypothalamus were characterized. ⺠Sexual dimorphic responses were observed to dieldrin. ⺠Neurotransmitter signaling cascades are a target of dieldrin at the transcriptomics level. ⺠Activin signaling is a potential target of dieldrin in the vertebrate brain.
