Abstract
⺠Despite a controlled agent, ketamine (KT) abuse is increasing in number. ⺠KT decreased Ca2+-activated K+ current (IK(Ca)) in hippocampal H19-7 cells with an IC50 value of 274 μM. ⺠In HEK293T cells expressing α-hslo, KT-induced decrease of IK(Ca) still existed. ⺠KT also increased electroporation-induced current in H19-7 cells.
