Abstract
⺠Mutations at V787 in rat Nav1.4 channels modulate slow inactivation gating. ⺠V787 mutations modulate SCI insecticide inhibition independent of changes in gating. ⺠Effects of V787 mutations on SCI insecticide inhibition are compound specific. ⺠Effects of V787 mutations on metaflumizone correlate with substituent hydrophobicity. ⺠V787 may be a unique determinant of metaflumizone binding.
