Abstract
⺠Rutin inhibits Aβ42 fibrillization and attenuates Aβ42-induced cytotoxicity. ⺠Rutin decreases the formation of active oxygen species (ROS). ⺠Rutin decreases the formation of glutathione disulfide (GSSG) and malondialdehyde (MDA). ⺠Rutin decreases the production of TNF-α, and IL-1β.
