Abstract
► Decrease in ADP, GDP, AMP, and GMP hydrolysis was verified after ethanol treatment. ► NTPDase2_mv and NTPDase3 mRNA transcript levels decreased after ethanol treatment. ► Ethanol exposure increased NTPDase1, NTPDase2_mq and NTPDase3 transcript levels. ► Ectonucleotidase pathway may be a target of chronic ethanol toxicity.
