Abstract
⺠The critical effect for chronic inhalation exposure to decalin is hepatotoxicity. ⺠Using a log-logistic model, the point of departure was estimated as 7.9 mg/m3. ⺠A total uncertainty factor of 100 was utilized to derive a safe human dose. ⺠A chronic reference concentration of 0.08 mg/m3 was calculated for decalin.
