Abstract
⺠A biomathematical model of coal dust deposition, clearance, and retention was fit simultaneously to two human data sets. ⺠A Bayesian population analysis was used to calibrate the three-compartment lung model. ⺠Disposition parameters for the two data sets were in very good agreement.
