Abstract
⺠Performance of the reduced LLNA was assessed using REACH registrations. ⺠The reduced LLNA misclassified 3.3% of the sensitizers identified in the LLNA. ⺠The reduced LLNA is less accurate than the LLNA. ⺠The reduced LLNA does not provide potency information. ⺠We do not recommend the use of the reduced LLNA as a standalone method for skin sensitization testing.
