Abstract
⺠Mice were exposed to 182 mg/L Cr(VI) in drinking water for 7 days. ⺠Duodenal epithelial cells were collected and analyzed by whole genome microarray. ⺠Gene changes were compared between Cr(VI) and eight mutagens and nonmutagens. ⺠A logistic regression classification model was built for eight mutagens and nonmutagens. ⺠Mutagens and nonmutagens formed two clusters; Cr(VI) clustered with nonmutagens.
