Abstract
⺠Endocrine disruption criteria combining regulatory toxicity and mechanistic studies. ⺠These combined adverse effects with mode of action of toxicity. ⺠Refinement to discriminate endocrine disrupting chemicals of low and higher concern. ⺠For human health specificity and potency to induce endocrine toxicity is considered. ⺠For ecotoxicology further population relevance and negligible exposure is proposed.
