Abstract
⺠The reproductive toxicity potency range of substances in the database is approximately one million. ⺠The average potency distribution of substances classified in category 1 versus category 2 was similar. ⺠The distributions show a clear log-normal distribution which will allow the setting of boundaries for the setting of SCLs. ⺠The ED10 for effects warranting classification is proposed as the best parameter for the potency.
